For years, we have been investing in Southern Savonian cuisine and clean ingredients sourced from local producers. We use meat from a small private farmer, fish from local fishermen, and vegetables and root vegetables from nearby farms. The berries and mushrooms we use are also picked from the pristine nature of the Saimaa area. The Shoreside Restaurant is open daily and the unique Kota Restaurant is available upon request.
